Summer Saturday

It feels just like summer outside! In the 70's, sunshine, green grass... beautiful! Jason and I went for an adventure with the dogs at the canal. Afterwards, we drove around town to see what others were doing on this beautiful Saturday. And the results were:

The older folks (at least older than kids or teens) enjoyed a day at the horseshoe pit! What fun times. And look! They even have spectators!! I really don't get it...

Here's our local softball team with what looks like may be the first game of the season! Go Honkers! (the Willows mascot)

The little leagues are out playing games now and practicing too!

And with all the energy you'll be using up on this fine Saturday, make sure to keep up on your protein with some "Fresh Eggs"! And look, you can even meet the hens that provide them for you!

Thank you to CBS for reminding us of this critical message... Unfortunately not many people in this town must observe this sign.

It's hard to see, but the sign says, "Quilt Show." There's even something for artsy art heartsy!

Willows may be small, but we sure now how to keep the town lively! Finally, I'd like to shared the "funny" of the day thus far....

Poor Ted mailed this letter to an old friend. Can anyone see the problem??? That's right! He thought this sticker was a stamp!! HAHAHA!!! Oh dear what good times. No worries, we love good'ole Ted. You just have to find humor in his antics sometimes in order to stay sane.

Hope everyone else has a wonderful Saturday!!!
